Shawn arrived as expected and inspected my washing machine which was leaking. Unfortunately the part the needed replacing was no longer available so I need to get a new machine. Despite this Shawn tightened up some of the parts to improve the situation so the machine is usable until I can replace it. Shawn was very nice and I would hire him if I needed appliance repairs again.
